Aracımla ilgili gayet şeffaf şekilde her şeyi paylaştılar, çıkan parçaları gösterdiler. 2. kez aynı yerde hizmet alıyorum, önceki hizmete göre daha olgunlaşmış, oturmuş bir hizmet vardı. 3. ve 4. gidişlerimde değişen personeller nedeniyle bazı iletişim sorunları oluştu ama çözüm bir şekilde sağlanıyor. Özellikle servis tarafındaki personellerin ölçme değerlendirilme konusuna dikkat edilmeli diye düşünüyorum.
6. Gelişim ile sorunlu personellerin gittiğini gözlemledim ve daha dengeli bir hizmet alındığını söyleyebilirim.
I bought maintenance service for my car. I haven't had any problems getting bigger. They shared everything about my vehicle in a very transparent way and showed the parts that came out. This is the 2nd time I receive service in the same place, there was a more mature and seated service compared to the previous service. In my 3rd and 4th visits, there were some communication problems due to the changing personnel, but a solution is provided somehow. In particular, I think that attention should be paid to the measurement and evaluation of the personnel on the service side.
6. I have observed that the problematic personnel are gone with the development and I can say that a more balanced service is received.
