I have never seen such a lethargic and slow working staff in my life. They work like their father's bank. Staff need to be replaced urgently. Disgrace!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berbat! Çalışanları iyi ama bu şirket yönetimi çok kötü, müşteriker dışarıda güneşin altında köpek gibi bekletiliyor. İki çalışan gişe var bir müşteri yarım saate işi bitmiyor, dışarıda ise on kişi bekliyor, organization sıfır, tam bir rezillik.
Wretched! The employees are good but the management of this company is very bad, customers are kept outside in the sun like a dog. There are two working counters, one customer doesn't finish in half an hour, ten people are waiting outside, the organization is zero, a complete disgrace.

QNB Finansbank elemanı müşteriye laubali davranamaz.
Even though I take a turn, the bank staff handles me and says, "I can't care, go to security."

QNB Finansbank staff cannot act unbelief towards the customer.
