Duc turistii in excursii doar in magazine scumpe de unde isi iau comision gras!! Nu aveti incredere!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In data de 05.06.2021 am mers, eu si fiica mea, intr-o excursie la Pamukkale avand ca ghid si insotitor pe doamna Maria. La Pamukkale am avut timp liber de la ora 12.00 la 14.15. Recunosc ca am intarziat 5 minute, insa cand am ajuns la locul de parcare al autocarului, am constatat ca acesta plecase fara noi. La interventia domnului Robert, ghidul nostru, doamna Maria a trimis autocarul si ne-a preluat pana la restaurantul unde trebuia sa servim pranzul pe care l-am platit. Doamna Maria a refuzat sa ne astepte sa servim pranzul recomandandu-ne sa ne intoarcem cu paznicul restaurantului. Asta inseamna ca a facut-o cu buna stiinta.
Am fost lasate singure intr-o tara straina, ea avand datoria sa aiba grija de toti turistii, sa ne aduca in conditii bune la locul de unde ne-a luat.
Solicit sa ni se returneze banii pe masa de pranz pe care nu am servit-o, chiar si pe intreaga excursie pentru trauma avuta din cauza acestui ghid incompetent.
On 05.06.2021, my daughter and I went on a trip to Pamukkale with Mrs. Maria as our guide and companion. In Pamukkale we had free time from 12.00 to 14.15. I admit that I was 5 minutes late, but when I arrived at the parking lot of the bus, I found that it had left without us. At the intervention of Mr. Robert, our guide, Mrs. Maria sent the bus and took us to the restaurant where we had to serve the lunch we paid. Mrs. Maria refused to wait for us to serve lunch, recommending us to return with the restaurant guard. That means he did it knowingly.
We were left alone in a foreign country, she having the duty to take care of all the tourists, to bring us in good conditions to the place where she took us.
I ask for our money back on the lunch we did not serve, even on the entire trip for the trauma we had because of this incompetent guide.
