The standard public institution, unfortunately, the most negative aspect of PTT is the inadequacy of personnel and their assignment without adequate training, which causes disruption or misconduct. I hope it will be an excellent institution if these problems are solved.

One person works and does his job great. Communication with people is number 10. He is a kind, gentle, super person. But there is a lot of queues. It would be better if there were 2 employees..
