★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merkezi sistem pay ölçer ve kalorimetre okuma konusunda Sivas'a bu firmadan daha iyisi yok. Çalışanları genç, çalışkan ve çözüm odaklı. Gerektiği zaman uygun ve ucuz fiyatlı kalorimetre satışı da yapıyorlar. Isı gider paylaşım faturası konusunda da aklınıza bir şey takılırsa hemen yardımcı oluyorlar, hatta sorun çözülmez ise gelip sorunu tespit edip gideriyorlar. Ben de bir dost aracılığı ile kendilerine ulaştım. Muhtemelen de nortek Enerji ile devam edeceğiz. Bu arada kendileri ayrıca Sivas bina temizlik işlerini de yapıyorlar. Sıradaki asıl işimiz o. :)
There is nothing better than this company for Sivas in terms of reading the central system share meter and calorimeter. Its employees are young, hardworking and solution oriented. When necessary, they also sell affordable and inexpensive calorimeters. If anything sticks in your mind about the heat expense sharing invoice, they help immediately, even if the problem is not solved, they come and detect the problem. I reached them through a friend. We will probably continue with nortek Energy. Meanwhile, they also do Sivas building cleaning. That is our next job. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öncelikle yetkili teknik arkadaşlara teşekkürlerimi sunmak istiyorum. Enteresan bir kış dönemi geçirdik. Sonlara geldik. Gectigimiz yıl ve bu yılın başında farklı sayaç okuma faturalandırma firmaları ile çalıştık ama hickimse nortek enerji kadar sitemizle ilgilenmedi. Nortek enerji sadece faturalandırma, sayaç okuma yapmıyor. Binamızın enerji tasarrufunu da düşünerek belirli aralıklarla sitemize ziyaretlerde bulunuyor. Ekiplerinde kazan konusunda uzman personelleri var. Binamızın kazanını kontrol edip bize tavsiyelerde bulundular. Hatta kazan ile ilgili yaptıkları çalışma sonunda aylık ortalama 12.000₺ gelen bina faturamizin ortalaması 8000₺ ye kadar düştü.
Üstelik bunu komik denecek ucuzlukta bir ücrete yaptılar. Bir aylık fatura karımızla bile yıllık fatura okuma ücretini çıkarmış olduk.
Kesinlikle işlerini profesyonel yapan bir firma.
Sivas'ta böyle genç ve dinamik bir ekip görmek gerçekten güzel.

First of all, I would like to thank the authorized technical friends. We had an interesting winter season. We have come to the end. Last year and at the beginning of this year, we worked with different meter reading billing companies, but hickimse was not as interested in our site as nortek energy. Nortek Energy does not only billing, meter reading. Considering the energy savings of our building, he visits our site periodically. Their team has expert personnel on boilers. They checked the boiler of our building and gave us advice. In fact, at the end of their work on the boiler, the average of our building bill, which was 12.000₺ per month, dropped to 8000₺.
And they did it for a ridiculously cheap price. Even with our monthly billing profit we have subtracted the annual bill reading fee.
It is definitely a company that does its job professionally.
It is really nice to see such a young and dynamic team in Sivas.

Bazen temizlik personeli detaya inmiyor gibi oluyor fakat yetkililere durumu bildirdigimizde hemen eksikliği giderip müşteri memnuniyetini sağlıyorlar.
Temizlik ve hijyenin daha önemli olduğu bu günlerde uygun fiyatlı bina temizlik işi için bence gayet başarılı bir şirket.
