The employees are polite people and they answer every aorize. They say where you can handle it, even if it's something they can't do themselves.

Lousy service, they don't deserve even this one star. They say there is no one in the door, they don't even leave the branch. We have been waiting for cargo for ice days. It reaches even far points the next day, always a problem in this awful branch. Whenever I call, they don't even look at the phone at least 6 times

They close transactions one hour before the end of working hours and leave. I say it would be closed yet, we closed it, lady, they said will you take it out. Also, every time I go, they don't treat people like humans, I guess we'll fight someday.

A branch that is unsympathetic, rude, and does not understand the least bit of human communication. The branch that made the mother of the perfectly packaged cargo cry because I was going to check the package. They see no harm in arguing and raising their voices because their job is guaranteed.
