We don't have the parcel at their branch even though I have a message and it's confirmed, they have demented staff who are not very smart and say go, thank god the staff was helpful and I was able to get my phone

I've never seen such a ridiculous system in my life, your phone will never be checked, your cargo will arrive in 10 days at the earliest, no news is given, most importantly, even the manager does not look at the phones.

They do not look at the phone they are turning on to your face without speech when they open it too late. I didn't see anything so ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok il ve ilçede yaşadım, PTT ile daima çalıştım ama bu kadar vurdumduymaz işine sahip çıkmayan insanlar görmedim. Telefona bakmayı geçtim, meşgüle atıyor yada suratına kapatıyorlar insanın. Dalamandan Fethiyeye ne kadar zamanda posta gider diye sormak için 4 saattir telefon açmalarını bekliyorum. Şaka gibi.
I have lived in many cities and towns, I have always worked with the PTT, but I have never seen people who do not take care of their work so carelessly. I'm more than looking at the phone, they keep busy or hang up on your face. I have been waiting for 4 hours for them to call from Dalaman to ask how long it will take to get the mail to Fethiye. Like a joke.
