★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus für 9 Personen gemietet und bezahlt und bei Ankunft hieß es wir haben so ein großes Auto gar nicht absolut nicht zu empfehlen dieses Unternehmen haben sich auch keine Mühe gemacht eine Lösung zu finden sondern einfach Anrufe ignoriert!????
 Bus for 9 people rented and paid and on arrival it said we have such a big car not at all not to be recommended this company also did not bother to find a solution but simply ignored calls! ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst car rental experience I ever encountered. No fixed office. They arrived late. The car was filthy. Smelt like cigarette smoke. The fuel tank was completely empty. The brakes were in a bad way. The clutch was slipping. I left a quarter tank of fuel in the car, but they still charged me for HGS. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked up our car at Izmir Airport, rep was punctual. Car was a bit grubby, but he said just bring it back the same, which we did. Ten days later dropped car back to airport. No problems and much better price than big car hire companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ver bad service, they just canceled my reservation even after i got confirmation email from them and they took the down payment.
Because the car i choose is in another city and either i pay extra money for the driver to bring it to me nor they cancel my reservation, and they did without even informing me.
Because i said it's not my responsibility to pay a price of one more rental day for the driver to bring the car from different city, you should not let me book the car and you should not take the advance payment from my credit card if the car is not available in the first place..!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ experience. And helpful staff. If you are renting an automatic transmission car, make sure you also write it in the comment box when making the reservation. Somehow my reservation got messed (my fault) and the agent helped me change my car from a manual to automatic transmission.
