★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatalı diye iade etmek istediğim ürünü 3 ay bekletip 3 ay sonra kullanıcı hatası olarak geri verdiler. Sıfır ilgi alaka, müşteri memnuniyeti sıfır. Asla geri dönüş yapılmıyor 3 ay sonunda da şikayetvar sitesine yazdığım için geri döndüler. Sakın uğramayın.
 They waited 3 months for the product I wanted to return because it was faulty and gave it back 3 months later as a user error. Zero interest, zero customer satisfaction. There is never any response, and at the end of 3 months, they returned because I wrote to the complaint site. Don't stop.

3 haftadır eksik parçaları da iletemeyen bir firma bu arada Enza Home! Kayıt açılıyor diye defalarca aranmamıza rağmen bir türlü gelmeyen/gelemeyen parçalar! Baza stoperleri ve köşe bentleri eksik geldi. Defalarca bildirilmesine rağmen 8 adet plastik parça monte edilemedi!
Unfortunately, there is no interest during the sale after the sale! This branch has a phone that does not open even if you call many times and a Whatsapp line that cannot be reached!
By the way, Enza Home! Pieces that didn't arrive/couldn't come even though we were called many times because the registration was opening! Base stoppers and corner benches were missing. Despite being reported many times, 8 plastic parts could not be mounted!
