Hello, Today we did the Ormana tour because we wanted to see the Altinbesik cave. After several inquiries with Cem, the seller, we were confirmed that we spend at least one hour in the cave. Today we drove a total of 8 hours by coach and did not see a cave because it was closed. Also a fluently German-speaking tour guide did not exist. The driver Ahmed spoke very little German and could explain us little. All guests were very disappointed with the tour. We wanted to recover our money (2x 40 Euro) from Cem (seller Prestige Group - Side next to the Barut Acanthus Hotel). This had but suddenly closed. Did the boat tour today with 2 swimming breaks without visiting the bazaar. I have to say we liked it very much even if we didn't see dolphins or turtles but I think that's a matter of luck. Pick up at the hotel on time. Travel time by bus wasn't long either. Staff explained everything in German, English and Russian. Schoff and toilets were clean and staff friendly. Music was playing on board almost the whole time. After the first swimming break in the sea with the possibility to jump approx. 7m into the sea from the 2nd floor, we went back to the river mouth on the way there was a foam party which especially the children had fun. Good music on board. Then 2nd swimming break on the cold side in the river or 100 meters across the beach in the warm sea. Both very good. When eating you had to choose whether chicken or fish ....... there was salad and bread. Food was good too. Then we went back. At 9.00 am departure in front of the hotel and at 3.00 pm back. At a reasonable price. We would do it again.

Being in Turkey - I highly recommend visiting a real hammam. Having been there once you will want more :) In addition to being useful, it is also very pleasant. Maxi-relaxation. In Turkey, tourists are offered a visit to the hammam, sort of like under the guise of an excursion. All such “excursions” include a number of pleasant procedures, namely: peeling, foam massage, steam in the hammam and massage with olive oil. Additional treatments are also available. We enjoyed visiting the Prestige Vip Hamam !!!!

I really liked all the procedures in the hammam, so I hasten to share my impressions. In the hammam everything is clean and tidy, the atmosphere is relaxing, the staff is responsive, kind. It was a heavenly pleasure, relaxation. Thanks to the procedures, fatigue is relieved after the flight, the body becomes light, the mood is excellent. When you are in Turkey, do not forget to visit this heavenly place (Prestige VIP Hamam Spa) - a Turkish bath called Hammam!

I booked a tour to Pamukkale and Lake Salda on the Viator website. I liked the excursion itself. The places are very beautiful, I advise everyone to visit. But communication with the travel agency after ordering via the Internet was unfortunately unsatisfactory, since no one contacted me and I myself was looking for ways of communication in order to indicate important data and receive confirmation of the order and find out the time of departure. Well, with grief in half, I pulled information from the agent through the WhatsApp connection. No one answered the mails and calls to the contact data specified when ordering. I had to play a little Sherlock Holmes. I was supposed to be picked up at 5:45. When at 6:15 there was still no bus, I already began to worry, and after another 15 minutes I already decided that they had thrown me and turned around to go back to my room, when a bus full of people drove up. The guide is very nice, she sincerely apologized. It turned out that one man forgot a bag with documents and money at the hotel and the whole bus was returning back and as a result we had a delay of 45 minutes. All 46 seats were taken on the bus. No social media were followed. distance, the windows did not open, everyone except me and two guys sat without masks. Many people coughed and sneezed. I only had dinner included, some also had breakfast and lunch. Everything looked very primitive. In one place I looked into the kitchen and I must admit there are obvious problems with the sanitation there. In all the places where we stopped for a snack, the rules for preventing the spread of covid were also not observed anywhere. There were two drivers on the bus. One of them did not know how the air conditioner was turned on, which made the bus terribly stuffy and everyone was moaning from the heat. In the description of the tour it was written in large letters that the tour was without shopping, but we were nevertheless brought to a wine tasting, where they tried to sell wines and oils to tourists, and the so-called sommelier frankly drove them, sorry for the jargon, talking about the quality and sugar-free production of their semi-dry wines. Well, maybe, if I didn't understand anything about wine production, I would also believe in this nonsense and take with me a couple of bottles for 20-30 dollars each. But in this place pomegranate orchards bloom. I took the opportunity and took beautiful photos and tasted pomegranate from the plantation with the permission of the owner. Incredibly delicious. The guide (Milisa) was very pleasant and tried her best. She told a lot of interesting things, gave good advice and apologized for all the inconveniences. The places we visited are of amazing beauty. Despite all the costs of the tour, I did not regret that I went. Oh yes, you need to know that Hierapolis, Pamukkale and Cleopatra's pool are all in one place within walking distance from each other. So if only Pamukkale is in the description, then in any case you can look at Hierapolis, or vice versa.
