A very good hotel for the price paid. The all inclusive food was quite good. Especially the vegetarian, rice and pasta. The dishes meant to be hot were always piping hot. The food hygiene was good as well. The rooms are s fair size with self controlled AC. There is a small fridge too. Rooms are tidied everyday, with the towels being changed every other day and bedsheets every third day However a polite request to the cleanibg lady can get you the towel and bedsheets changed sooner. The hotel is right accross from the famous Kleopatra beach. I had made a request online, and the management very kindly gave me a sea facing room. The view of the Mediterranean sea from the balcony was breathtaking. The hotel staff dont speak perfect english, but are very polite and professional. Fatih, Bulent and all the other staff were very responsive to customer needs and did their job diligently. The main bys station or Otoger is a mere ten minute walk behind the hotel. You can get the intercity coaches as well as the airport Havaş bus from there, which only charges 18 turkish lira to and from Gazipasa airport. The taxis on the other hand charge a minimum of 120 liras one way. You can also catch the local buses 1 and 101 across the road from the Otogor. The local bus charges 3 lira for a one way journey anywhere in town. Whereas a taxi can charge upto 20 liras. Alanya taxi fare is higher than Istanbul taxis. So a great holiday and a fantastic stay at the Kleopatra ada beach hotel. Try and book 4-5 months ahead to get a really cheap price.

Hotel was clean and tidy. Towels changed every two days and beds changed every three days. (Wasn't happy about that!) Food was very poor, OK if u like salad and soup! Only ate twice in there and was sick afterwards so ate out in central Alanya which was extremely nice and very cheap. Location was good but to get to do any shopping you needed to get a taxi which cost between 15 - 20 lira (a couple of quid) A bit disappointed that after 11 you have to pay for drinks at hotel and it closed shortly after and at the beach any alcoholic drinks have to be paid for and if you want a bottle water it's €1, cans of coke etc are 5 lira? Disappointed as was all inclusive. Paid for sunbeds and parasol at hotel and cost 60 lira. Just don't loose ticket as you will have to pay again! Overall it was a lovely holiday but glad we didn't take our children as there was nothing for them to do, only a small pool which wasn't child orientated at all.

It is supposed to be a 4* hotel but people should know that its not even a 3* hotel. Poor service, staff dont even notice you when walking by them let alone greeting you. Waiters dont ask you if uve finished meal, takeq your plates away, food is heated and reheated million times a day, every day the same menu... im dissapointed very much. We crushed a bug one night, it came out from under the bed... yuck. Poor service in general. Everything that people say about hygiene is true. Unfortunatelly. Cleaning lafies dont knock, they hit the door yelling when you dont open immediatelly saying 'efendim!!!' In general, choose a hotel near Keykubat beach. Its the city centre. This one is on the cleopatra beach but way to far away from all thats going on in Alanya.

Very nice localization. Cleopatra beach is across the street. However hotel beach (no 20) is not in front of the hotel. You have to go 100-200 metres in the city centre direction. Hotel is small and has only one elevator. Service is very nice in addition to one busy guy at the reception, who can tell you that even several times and often not giving any help. The food is poor. The dishes can be repeated for lunch and dinner. Spaghetti is a constant dish every day. Note good fruit and desserts. I get a bit of Turkish cuisine. The breakfast is probably the best. Compared to the 4-star hotel in Cappadocia, the choice is very small. The pool is ok and a lot of time in shadow (water can be too cold sometimes). The rooms are cleaned daily, but very selectively. I have changed bedding only once during the entire stay. The leg towel was not changed at all. Bathroom cleaned poorly. Even the soaps did not replace when they were finished. In summary, this is not a totally bad hotel, but it certainly does not deserve 4 stars.

We had an amazing week in this hotel and thinking to return the next year again. The staff were very kind and nice. Don't miss the hamam and the massage if you are staying at the hotel, book your appointment on the first day and after the peeling the browness of the skin will last longer. The beach is close and all the main attractions can be reached by taxi or 25 minutes walking. The taxi is around 15-30 Lyra one way until the harbour depending on traffic.

Hygiene is on extremely poor level. Our towels are changed only on request and begging or complaining to reception staff even if they had to be changed every 2nd day. Bed sheets aren't changed at all, even if it's written it will be changed every 3rd day. On the 7th day, when we asked for changing, cleaning lady just flipped it over and told us she doesn't have more bed sheets and will change them the next day. In my opinion, it's totally unacceptable! Shampoo and soap were not refilled at all. Food is poor, but you can find something to eat. However, it is not too delicious, but you won't be starving (if it is okay for you, since you are on a vacation and paid a lot for it). Rooms are big, sea view is pretty nice, but charged 10e extra. Reception staff are very kind and polite, but it can not make the impression better, due to very poor hygiene and food.

This is currently my 4th day at this hotel and I am overall happy with everything. The staff is very friendly, food is tasty and the room is also good for the price you pay. The room is cleaned every day. It is very close to the beautiful Kleopatra beach and other attractions in Alanya. I am really enjoying my stay and would suggest the place for anyone who wants to stay at the city centre.
