Bir süre kendim çözebilirim diye düşünerek destek almaya razı olmadım. Ancak süreç daha da karmaşık hale gelmeye başladı. Abdulkadir bey'e gitmeye başladıktan sonra anladım ki kendi başınıza üstesinden gelebilmek aslında çok mümkün değilmiş. Depresyon tanısı ile başladığım uzun süreli psikoterapi sürecinde her zaman engin bilgi birikim ve tecrübesi ile yanımda oldu ve onun sayesinde üstesinden geldiğim için daha çok mutluyum kendisine teşekkür ederim.

Uzman ve tecrübeli kimliği ile Beni kendime getirip yolumu cok guzel aydinlatti.
