Their tours are already 20-30% more expensive than local, so-called "street" agencies. Tourists overpay, and they are deceived for their own money. When they try to sell a tour, they deceive about the time spent in the places for which people are going. And then the guide accompanying the trip will bring you to several places where they earn exorbitant prices from tourists for things that can be purchased freely and cheaper outside the tour (clothes, jewelry, slovenly, syrups, wine). Thus, at least 3 hours, or even more, that could be given to wonderful places is stolen from travelers, and the guides make money on it. Especially disappointing guide Nariman, who works in Antalya and travels from Kemer to Pamukkale, Salda Lake, to Demre. He refused to announce the program; he simply scored when travelers asked not to stop at places of "money laundering", saying "you will deal with the referendum at home." I flew twice with this tour operator. More or less the first time. The downside was the representative on the territory of the hotel from this company, who behaved extremely incorrectly. If we did not take excursions from him, then if something happens, we should not contact him. Is this a joke? Now we again flew on a tour from this company. I found out about it only after payment. The departure flight was postponed six hours later, the flight home was moved twice, three hours less. I am wasting my rest time and, accordingly, money. The representative turned out to be just as rude and arrogant as the previous time, if you don't take an excursion, you can generally forget about help from her. Disgusting tour operator. I do not advise categorically.
