Yeni konya yolunun hemen yanında olması münasebeti ve ziyaretçi sayısının çok olabileceği kanaati ile derhal restore edilmeli 'de günümüzde de kullanılabilecek bir tur cafe -pazar açılmalı ve reklamları yapılmalıdır. Evliya Çelebi de burada konaklamış, mel-un ve kaplandan daha nalet bir kavim olarak kaba ama dinine düşkün Serikliler hakkında görüşlerini bildirmiştir. Buradan beyşehir-konyaya bağlanan tarihi yol aktif olmasa da kullanılmaktadır. Osmanlının son dönemlerinde konya-antalya tren hattı için bu kesim önerilmiş, tüm parayı içkiye, tiyatroya, hareme basan abdülhamit ve mecid efendi maddi imkansızlıklar yüzünden projeyi hayata geçirmemiştir.
