Petunya Beach Resort

The hotel is dirty and had some serious safety issues. Reception staff are rude. Your like sardines on the beach which is not shingles it’s stones. If you haven’t put your towel on a sun bed by 7am forget it. I would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel.

Catastrophe in one word. Service was disaster , every day I needed to go on the reception to ask for something (clean towels, toilet paper etc.). And when complained on their service were insulted. Staff wanted to charge for beach towels and for Sauna although it was included . There is not enough dishes or they were not fast enough washed in kitchen.

Relaxing moments.. In the first view when i step up the lobby, the front desk is as usual courteous and professional. They provided solutions to guests’ issues or concerns so fast. Rooms are so well decorated and clean. You can find any drink you’ve chosen and food presentation just like you imagine. Pool and sea very enjoyable. It suits for your family and kids to have fun together. I like this beautiful holidays as in the Petunya Beach Resort. Thank you all to have us great and relaxing holiday..

Just returned from an 11night holiday here and must say great value for money with easy access to the beach and shops. Great location, fantastic atmosphere and brilliant service! It's not a 4* compared to what you get in the UK however the food and staff make it great...I would definitely return ?

The location of the hotel is great. Very close to the beach. The staff were very polite, especially the two guys who were on charge of entertainment and tattoos. However, it was disappointing for a number of reasons. One, the room was not very clean and when it was cleaned daily, the bed was made. That was it. The balcony was terrible, tree sap falling onto the chairs, and it generally looked like it had never ever been cleaned. I went all inclusive but very rarely ate there. Food left open and flies having a field day. Then, there was always a shortage of something, water for the hot drinks machine, cutlery etc. A daily occurrence. If the cleanliness of the hotel was improved and due diligence paid to stocks at the restaurants this hotel could be amazing. I would not return to this hotel and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either.

Good Afternoon Everyone ! I would like to reccomend this place! We have stay there for one week and Im 100% sure that I will stay more If I will had more time ? This place is really good for families with children and also for people which are going to rest around the swimming pool or near the sea. Food is really good, everyone car choose what to eat because there is a lot another meals. What I can tell about the staff : People are really greate, everywhere is clean, they are very kind and they are looking that they like there job. I was felling really safe in every place in this hotel ☺️ I really want to say big thanks for all menagment and stuff people in this Hotel - they have given me a greate time in Bodrum in this specific pandemy time ! I will come back next year... hopefully there will be no need to wear masks everywhere ! ❤️❤️❤️

On the day we arrived at the hotel, they took us to the room 2 hours late. Our normal check-in was supposed to be at 2 pm, but they took us to the room at 4 pm. On the day of departure, they said we have to get you out of the room at 12 o'clock and the room cleaning is really bad.

Last minute replacement to our first choice hotel. WiFi in rooms definitely needs improving but was warned on check in. Shower head too heavy to stay hooked to wall. Food ok even with C19, some, mostly Russian, tourists still think they're immune to it though. Had dodgy tummies possibly down to tap water /cleanliness, never affected before in many years in Turkey. Restaurant and hamam staff and nurse best part. Still have towel reservers, not as bad as elsewhere but one English family with Russian dad liked to do this and never seen till later when we were there.
