I have been in contact with the service for two times to change the battery of my phone. I'll take it to the service tomorrow. They are such constructive staff that I am sure 90% of the negative comments made on the keyboard are ego satisfaction. EDİT: Belki bir ihtimal arkadaşımın şarj aletiyle karışmış olabilir dedim ama arkadaşıma sorduğumda şarj aletinin orijinal olduğunu telefon ile geldiğini söyledi. Ayrıca sizden sonra teknosadan orijinal şarj aleti satın aldım ve ikisini karşılaştırdığımda bir fark göremedim. Nasıl orijinal olmadığına karar verdiniz acaba?
When I took the charger of my iPhone 11 phone to the service, they were reluctant at first and did not want to accept it, then when I went to collect it they said it is not original. I wonder how the thing that comes out of the phone box is not original?
EDIT: I thought maybe it was mixed with my friend's charger, but when I asked my friend, he said that the charger was original and came with the phone. I also bought an original charger from teknosa after you and I couldn't see a difference when I compared the two. How did you decide it wasn't original?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've known this shop for 12 years, but the "new owner" or shop assistant is not really friendly. He even tried to insult and blame me for visiting his shop because I've dared to asked him if he uses original apple spare parts.
Bad for him - I've bought my new laptop directly from Apple online store. Fast and excellent delivery from Apple.
As I can see, he states in his answer, that he doesn't sell any devices. Yes, now he doesn't sell, but very strange: A few years ago I have bought in Gümüşelma shop (that time it was located in a better location inside of Oasis shopping mall) one iPad and one Desktop.
