Booked by TUI and we wanted to tour Antalay, however we got a marketing talk to from this jewel selling building and they could only speak German or Turkish. They were just forcefully selling jewelry after telling them no way i could afford a 15.000 euro ring. Somehow this whitegold diamond ring price dropped to 3000 euro along with some payments plans. Didnt trust it for one bit, was unsollicited and thank you TUI for wasting our time!

There is several forms of ancient art to sell and to resist and to haggle :-) I would love to haggle for a watch (I know the real prices, but I am not good with jewelry and gems) Unfortunately, kids were already exhausted by the evening. Made a symbolic purchase still. If you are uncomfortable around hard sales - do not go inside, and leave your money at home.

I got champagne for just looking at the Live bracelet!.:) Don’t feel intimidated by the grandeur of the place. Feel relaxed and browse as if you are in a home.
J	John Strickland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally Unacceptable After Sales Service I am sorry to say that another 2 weeks have passed and I still have not had confirmation when my Gold ring will be repaired or replaced... Your company has had my ring since the 26th August and we are now 13th November. Therefore it has been some 13 weeks and I still don't have my Gold ring. This is now totally unacceptable after sales service and I would ask when will I get my ring back or a full refund of the cost of the ring. I am sorry that it has come to this as I was under the impression that your company valued it's customers... Hopefully we can resolve this matter without me having to travel to Antaliya or Germany. P	Petra Schneider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon the recommendation of a very good friend of mine who had shopped here before, I consciously came to this store with the shopping tour I bought from the hotel guide, my friend was right to be amazed, the people are very kind and smiling, when I said that I just wanted to take a look after the info, they approached it with respect. they certainly didn't bother me, later on for a set that caught my interest, I asked someone if they could help me out, I think it's the best shopping experience I've ever had. I'm also into trading myself, so I can tell you, quality always has value, and I know that .thank you all, I'll come to buy the ring I like next year. I can definitely recommend it to anyone reading this
F	Fabienne Mertens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of my life. We booked a tour and apparently going to this particular jewelry store was included in the tour(which nobody told us before hand). The staff is so rude, I wish I could give them less than one star. You can’t look around by yourself and if you have no intention of buying something they will kick you out. If you book a tour and they take you there just wait outside. It’s not worth going in!!!
