★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a shop but an element of a decor. I have visited it 10.01.2022 - all the shelves very empty (except one with a single watch in the corner). A salesman proudly told me “everything is sold, maybe in 10 days”. What for should Rolex hold the whole staff and run a shop if nothing can be purchased there?

Rude staff. Being a Rolex collector I Walk in asked for Mens collection, but the store did not have one single piece of Mens Rolex watch. I asked a sales rep where is all the Rolex the guy said we don’t have any. He was so rude and said why don’t you buy from the country your from, i told him I’m on vacation and wanted shop for a watch. Utterly discussing behaviour Rolex should be ashamed of thereself for employing un experience staff to sell there time pieces. Learn customer service. These guys in this store are doing something wrong and acting dodgy! Rolex need to look into this store!!

My experience with them was pleasant despite the pressure that they endure on the daily.
The customer does not know what is constantly happening behind the curtains.
There is an enormous amount of efforts that goes into this place due to the hard-working employees, most importantly Mr. Osman.
I liked dealing with them and I will certainly do it again.

Im not sure if they just didn't like my race or was just generally rude. i walked in all the staff have looked at me strangely no one asked if i needed help or anything whatsoever eventually
I asked for the mens/woman's collection as there was no watches on the shelfs which I understand
The reply was “no sorry “ as a watch collector i have never come across a branch so rude
Hopefully next store i go in treat me better
Feel free to give me recommendations
But yes i do not recommend this Place all i wanted to do is buy a watch for me and my husband
