Pegasus rent a car

Ended up using this company via an agent, Fecar. I will do my best to avoid doing so again. The vehicle they gave us was terrible, but seemed OK on the surface. Turned out it was 15years old, had 345,000km on the clock and the air con didn't work. It broke down after a few days and was a bit of a mission getting it replaced. When they did replace it, they brought me a vehicle with an empty tank knowing that I had ⅔ tank in the broken down car. Despite promising to reimburse in cash and then by card on drop off, I am still waiting for this refund. The agent has also done nothing to help. This company have effectively stolen from me. Do not use Pegasus car rental from Dalaman or Fecar (agent) if you would like a car rental withoit problems.

cheap and cheerful, we ordered an auto was given a Renault fluence which had seen better days. However 800 miles later drove from dalaman to konya and back stopping off on the way, the car never missed a beat. The service was seamless transfer to and from the airport, we were also allowed to keep it for an extra hour due to a delay with our flight. highly recommend if your not a fussy person

Horrible experience with Pegasus! First they gave us a manual instead of an automatic (even though we paid extra for automatic) but I told them I can't drive a manual and had to wait for 45 minutes till they sort it out. Got a car and few days later they decided to exchange it and give me another car - the tank was full in the car I gave them (and they refused to compensate me for that). And our car got hit by a rock from a truck and we had full insurance so we didn't have to pay but the rental car blamed us for the accident and said we were parked in the wrong place (even though there were multiple cars parked there). And finally we went to drop the car and noone was there so we almost missed our flight and when we called they blamed us for not giving them notice to drop the car, which is ridiculous because we've never had to give notice to drop a rental before.

The last two years renting here have been very disappointing, will not be renting from here again. Shame after a few years of good experiences. Last year the brakes were very weak and spongy and the car struggled to get up the slightest of inclines, they did replace the car straight away but we should have not got this in the first place as it was unsafe. This year we ordered a new car but what arrived for us was a banged up car with 200,000km on the clock, when I explained this was not what we ordered I was told that if I did not like it I could just leave and get another car somewhere else (it was 1am after 6 hours traveling with an 18 month old baby and wife). We were then promised a new replacement in a weeks time for our second week of holiday only to be informed that this car will not be arriving and we will have to make do. Disappointed.

Horrible rental!!! Reserved a mid sized van and received a VW well used and unsafe!! Front tires were below wear and rubber was peaking off!! Clutch and breaks were lose and smelled after only 20 minutes use. Beware consumer... only settle for what you are booked for!!!

We we met at the airport, taken to the nearby office for paperwork. After that we had 3 weeks of non-problem driving. The car was almost ideal, everything worked fine, tyres were not fresh but ok for mountine ride. And it was at the cheapest price we could find there.

Hired a car from pegasus car hire dalaman Airport from contacting them to returning the car was trouble free the process was quick and easy we had a fiat doblo with only 15000 km on i would highly recommend pegasus car hire and look forward to hiring a car again off them thankyou
