Fish market - buy fish from the shops in the middle and they deliver to the surrounding restaurants for cooking and serving. Good food and fun place.

Disappointed,the food is not good and they ask for 100TL tip, we spent 300+TL,but ask for 100TL?? And the waiters are RUDE!!!!

Our favourite restaurant in the fish market

We love going to the Fish Market in Fethiye and always choose Cem Can Restaurant to cook the prawns and fish we have purchased. We have been going to this restaurant for 8 years now and the quality of the cooking has remained consistently high.

Disappointed We decided to have a meal at the fish market and as soon as we arrived a man rushed up and started to pressure us to buy fish and use his restaurant. We should have looked around more and I advise you to do this. I paid 50 lira for a small sea bass and my husband decided on a steak. I have had many bass at other restaurants cooked and served at less than this but went along with it for the experience. The waiters were quite abrupt and disinterested in their job. One of them had highly offensive body odour. Once we had our food and drinks they didn't return to top up our glasses or see if everything was okay. The steak was tasteless, the fish a bit ordinary and the chips terrible. Try another place and haggle over the price of the fish.

You need to buy fish first from the fish bazaar then they will cook for you with a price. Appetizers were good.

Since 1988 and so few reviews? That smells fishy. Fish was cooked too dry, and I was given wrong information about the prices. Go to a restaurant not at the fish market and order your fish there. Cheaper and more tasty for sure.

Great food, service and atmosphere. We’re locals and we eat at the fish market often. Cem Can is a great option with their Meze style appetizers for both hot and cold choices. Everyone at the restaurant is always helpful… they even help us to chose fresh fish options from the market.
