★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of this company! They have confirmed twice the car booking but the car was not delivered to Dalaman airport at all! Moreover they did not respond neither to phone calls nor to e-mails.

Although at first we were hesitant to use a local rental company rather than one of the multinationals, Manara Car Rental proved to be 100% reliable, much cheaper and requiring only the minimum of formalities.
Friendly, English speaking staff, easy pick-up and drop-off at Dalaman Airport, good communications by email and phone - perfect service.
Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a car through the website, had a booking confirmation which stated simply turn up at the airport and they would meet us there. Did not arrive, very poor, do not use. I suspect they sold the car on at a higher price because of Eid. Very Poor service. No trust.
10 months later you have replied with competitor as your response. Sat in England waiting my lunch when that popped up and made me smile. What a way to run a business. Perhaps I should set up a car rental business.?
