★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parola 33 is one of the rare local oriented dining places in the town of Avsallar. It is not far from the center, only a short walking distance. This is a Pide/Kebap house a typical Turkish dining place which also serve what the Turkish call 'Kelle Paça'. Kelle Paça is a traditional Turkish soup made by head and legs of the sheep. I must say it is a good one at Parola 33 as it is not the easiest soup to make. Their Kelle Paça is acceptable. They have the best Lahmacun in town as well. If you want to get away from the tourist thing in this town and want to taste something 'local', this would be your best option. No alcoholic drinks here.
