Paper Roasting Coffee & Chocolate - Ümitköy - Ümitköy No:18

The white chocolate brownie has become our favourite, it's fresh and delicious every time we go. Coconut latte is also a flavor that sweet coffee lovers can enjoy. We asked for 1 chocolate to taste, they brought two just because there were two of us, it was said to be my treat. It was a very kind and gentle gesture. Thanks paper. Update: 28.02.2022: There was a personnel change in the place we go to every week. When it was raining and very cold outside, all the glass balconies were opened and we were cold because there were only 3 tables inside, and we were cold. We go every week, if the rules are like this, why weren't the windows opened before that, and those windows were opened at 8 pm when it was raining outside. 2 of the 3 tables like us complained about this cold, one of them canceled the order and left. Customer satisfaction should be considered.

The design and open space of the place is quite beautiful. I also enjoyed their coffees and desserts. Especially the coconut coffee is visually very successful. Prices are slightly higher than other places around. Coconut coffee 22 TL, white chocolate brownie 27 TL.

It's a nice place, we drank Coco Latte, it was very tasty. Everything was great except the table felt sticky. The staff is kind, it's a pleasant place to sit.

It has a very nice decoration and a warm atmosphere. I have seen many people who use this cafe to work. The employees are friendly and interested.. Their coffee was delicious.
