O kadar beklemememe rağmen temiz gelse yine üzülmezdim.Yorganın baş kısmında leke vardı cıksın diye verdim kosla döktüm hatta benim döktüğüm deterjanla yıkayıp getirmişler lekesı cıkmamış ve 30 lira aldılar. Yazıklar olsun birdaha oraya ne halı ne yorgan hiçbirşey verilmez. I gave my single daughter's quilt to be washed and they brought it here after 15 days. Even though I waited that long, I wouldn't be upset again if it came clean. There was a stain on the head of the quilt, I gave it to it so that it would come out, I poured it with a cotton swab and even washed it with the detergent I poured and brought it, the stain was not removed and they took 30 liras. Shame on you, no carpets or quilts will ever be given there again.

Geri almaları için aradığımız da ise 2 gün sonra geliceğiz diyorlar. Asla gelmiyorlar sonra yine ararsınız üsluplarını bozuyorlar almıyorum halıları ne yaparsanız yapın diyorlar. Eskiden iyi bir işletmeydi çevremizdeki insanlara önerdiğimiz bir yerdi anca hala aynı fikirde değiliz maalesef böyle böyle çok müşteri kaybederler. Asla önermiyorum iletişim kurabileceğiniz kimse yok karşınızda They bring the carpets more dirty, they are never the same as before, the quality has decreased as the customer increases. The carpets that come in 15 days are dirty. When we call for them to take it back, they say they will come in 2 days. They never come, then you call again, they change their style, they say I don't buy the carpets, whatever you do.
