Telefonda konuştuğunuz insanlar sürekli olarak halılarınızın teslim edilme tarihini farkli ve yalan yanlış olarak size bildiriyorlar.18 Eylülde verdiğim 3 haftada teslim edileceği söylenen 2 adet halım bugün 12 Ekim olmasına rağmen hâlâ getirilmedi. Bugün teslim edileceği söylenen halimin peşine ben düşüyorum telefondaki adam "madem öyle siz gelin dükkandan alın o zaman" dedi, utanmadan sıkılmadan.
Halıları getirdiklerinde tabi getirebilirlerse yıkanma kaliteleri ile ilgili yorumumu güncelleyeceğim.
First of all, I would like to write that it is an absolutely NON-professional business. DO NOT choose calmly. The people you talk to on the phone constantly inform you of the delivery date of your carpets in a different way and falsely. My 2 carpets, which were said to be delivered in the 3 weeks I gave on September 18, have not been delivered even though it is October 12 today. I'm chasing my version, which is said to be delivered today, the man on the phone said, "If that's the case, then come and get it from the shop", without being embarrassed.
When they bring the carpets, if they can, I will update my comment about the washing quality.

In my first phone call with my brother, Osman Bey made me feel his self-confidence on the phone that he was doing his job properly. When he explained the urgency situation clearly , he stated that he would do the carpet washing as soon as he could . He delivered the carpet I gave on Thursday evening on Saturday and the carpet was very clean and clear. I am very pleased, from now on, the carpets and armchairs of our house are entrusted to you.
