About Özsüt
İbrahim Urlulu yönetiminde dev bir üretim ağı ve mağazalar zinciri kuran Özsüt, 1991 yılında ilk şubesini Alsancak’ta açıyor ve 2002 yılına gelindiğinde şube sayısı 20’ye yükseliyor.

it just has a name. I definitely don't recommend it. We went to breakfast, we didn't like it at all. Do the broken tea plates suit? What's the point of the cherry tomatoes, how many pieces did they cut them into?

Fincanda çay istedim hayatımda ilk defa bu kadar büyük çay fincanıyla çay içtim ? tatlı güzeldi yalnız tabağı süslemek için kullandıkları nane aromalı sos olmasa daha güzel olabilirdi insan merak edip tadına bakıyor ben tadından hoşlanmadım.
The staff was good. I haven't been out for a while, but the prices have increased a bit, but now I think that's the average everywhere. I wanted tea in a cup, it's the first time in my life I drank tea with such a big teacup ? it was sweet, but it would have been better without the mint flavored sauce they used to decorate the plate, people wonder and taste it. I didn't like the taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öncelikle servis ve garsonların lakayit tavrı çok kötü. 20 dk bardayız. Siparişlerimiz ne aşamada diye sorduğumuzda, Aldığımız cevap : uzun sürer mi diye sormadınız ki!!!
First of all, the service and the indifferent attitude of the waiters is very bad. We are at the bar for 20 minutes. When we asked at what stage our orders were, the answer we got was: you didn't ask if it would take long!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son zamanlarda yediğim en güzel dondurma desem abartmış olmam. Özellikle sadesi ve kakaolusu çok güzeldi. Hizmet kalitesi de güzeldi garsonlar müşterilerle ilgileniyorlar. Hamamönünde işlek bir yerde bulunuyor, sakinlik isteyenler için uygun değil. Fiyatlar diğer mekanlara kıyasla pahalı gelebilir ama kaliteyi ucuza elde etmek zor.

I wouldn't be exaggerating if I said it was the best ice cream I've ever eaten. Especially the plain and cocoa powder was very nice. The service quality was also good, the waiters take care of the customers. It is located in a busy place in the bathhouse, not suitable for those who want calmness. Prices may seem expensive compared to other venues, but it's hard to get quality cheap.

It was not pleasant that the toast with plenty of cheese was only full in the middle.
