★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bugün sabah itibariyle 6 yaşındaki oğlumu eşim vasıtasıyla kreşe gönderdim. Sabah kayıt işlemleri yapıldıktan sonra eşim yetkili öğretmen Merve Hanımla görüşüp servis taşımacılığını yapan Şefik Beyle görüşüp ev adresini açık adres olarak vermiş bulunup saat 17.20 gibi çocukların servise alınacağı söylenmiştir. Fakat yetkili öğretmenlerin (o esnada hangi öğretmen görevli bilmiyorum ) sorumsuzluğu mu desem yoksa ilgisizliğimi desem saat 18.50 gibi bana kreşin muhasebecisi telefon açtı. Oğlumun orada olduğunu söyledi. Benim çocuğum gittiğim zaman suskunlaşmış ve belli ki ağlamıştı. Şimdi soruyorum;
1- Servisciyle görüşmemize rağmen niye servise verilmiyor ?
2- Bizlere niçin yaklaşık 2 saat sonra haber veriliyor?
3- Yetkili öğretmenler niçin çocuğu ailesine teslim etmeden ayrılıyorlar?
4- Yaklaşık 2 saat boyunca çocuğum kimlerle nasıl bir ortamda bulundu ?
5- Bu yaştaki bir çocuğun nasıl bir ruh haline girebileceği düşünülmedi mi ?
Bu sorumsuzluğu sorumlular kimse öncelikle BİMER olmak üzere bütün şikâyet kanallarını kullanacağım. Çünkü bu yaştaki korku ve tramvalar beklenmedik sonuçlar doğurabilir.
As of today, I sent my 6-year-old son to the nursery through my wife. After the registration process was done in the morning, my wife met with the authorized teacher Merve Hanım and gave her home address as her full address and it was said that the children would be taken to the service at 17:20. However, if I said irresponsibility of the authorized teachers (I don't know which teacher at the time) or my indifference, the accountant of the nursery phoned me at around 18.50. He said my son was there. My child was silent and obviously cried when I left. I'm asking now;
1- Why is it not given to the service despite talking to the service person?
2- Why are we notified about 2 hours later?
3- Why do competent teachers leave without delivering the child to the family?
4- With whom and what environment was my child found for about 2 hours?
5- Wasn't it thought about what kind of mood a child at this age could get?
Those who are responsible for this irresponsibility will use all complaint channels, primarily BIMER. Because fear and trams at this age can have unexpected consequences.
