Xoria Deluxe

We are staying at the hotel for 10 days and every day we spent at the beach. There is a beach bar open all day and the employee Berivan was always helpfull,hospitile and friwndly when we asked for anything. All staff is very kind and we had the best time

We stay 9 nights in this hotel as couple and I can say that hotel is good value for what offer, the rooms are with enough space (A/C was working excellent) with great view of the pool and the sea, the food was also pretty good with great choices of different food (maybe there is lack of sea food for Ultra ALL inc and 5 star hotel), the internet was average in the lobby and around the pool but terrible in the room (6th floor) and on the beach. The staff was also friendly and smiley especially Berivan who was working on the beach bar and Mert on the pool bar, the beach was very nice with sand and some pebbles before sea entrance (maybe the staff should organize the sun beds more often), there is also entertainment all the the time at the pool (although we stay at the beach most of the time). If you want to go to near places like Konakli (nearest shopping malls), Alanya or Side you can catch the local bus (no.50, cost 6,5 lira per person in one way) in front of the hotel (on the pedestrian crossing). In summary we had a great time and holiday staying in this hotel, we will recommended to others!

Shiny only on pictures. Filthy & uncomfortable sunbeds on the beach. They don't care property for the beach. Only throwing garbage from garbage cans, nobody cleans the sand or the sunbeds, no one collect the sunbeds at the end of the day and no one flattens the sand on the beach. In the morning you find the beach as you left it. Food... same every single day, same, same, same. Tasteless or too spicy, salami with too much artificial colours, looks unhealthy. Never taste it. Awful taste of all sweets. Everything was cheapest thing you can buy to make meal of it. Only things which I liked was some dough with cheese or spinach, they bake it in some pizza oven, very good. And fruit. Everything else, terrible. This is not my first time in Turkey, I just adore my holidays which I spend here, but this is my first time to be disappointed. This is not a great turkish hospitality which I know very well. If you have higher standards, then this is not a hotel for you. Five stars? I doubt. Three maximum. I had food poisoning and I have been in hospital for two days. Never eat something out of the hotel. Also, staff doesn't speak English very well, or does not speak at all. Terrible housekeeping manager, she yell at me and my friends. She also does not speak english, except one word she have learn - extra money. Never apologise. I will never came back to this place!

The hotel is very "specific" and not suitable for everyone especially if you are traveling with family (including kids): 1) The location is VERY near to the highway road "Cide - Alaniya", as the result the road's nose in the room all the time, plus 70% of rooms look at the road; 2) The music from swimming pool is playing till 23:00 and almost all day (sleep after lunch not possible at all); 3) The room cleaning in our case was nearly absent (came one on demand, not clean the toilet and balcony); 3) The restaurant is fine: food a lot and personal work quick; 4) The beach is ordinary small typical beach nothing specially to say; Our patience lasted for 3 days, then we changed the hotel....

Ahmet is the food and beverage manager and speaks english very well along the almost of the staff. Baran, Atom, Collik are the best entertainment team ever. They look after you all day and night. Bar staff are great and polite also speak good english. Hotel is a great hotel clean and tidy. ALL STAFF are brilliant. Pool is nice and clean and i would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Would definitely be back. Thank you for a great week xx

I had a great time in Xoria, big rooms, great food, direct access to the beach. What really makes this place amazing is the staff ! Everyone was super nice and helpful. Nothing was a problem ! Aziz the security manager was brilliant made us feel really safe. Entertainment guys were looking after us making sure we are having good time. Overall amazing holiday and I am definitely looking forward to coming back here in the future. Thank you xxx

We have had lots of ups and downs on our holiday however, one thing for certain is that the food and beverage staff are outstanding. Murat and Kazim have made our trip most enjoyable by organizing meals for our dietary requirements, nothing has been too much bother for either of them. their staff are always smiling throughout the day. There is one member of their team to who works the night shift in the restaurant that opens at midnight whose name is Halli, he's absolutely brilliant, the service he provides amazing, he always has a smile on his face. Nothing is too much for this man. I wish them all the best for the season. keep up the good work.

Ahmet is a really good person always looks out you for you can go above and beyond and ATOM is really nice and always looks out for you along with the rest of the entertainment team. Food is great, hotel is clean and tidy. Direct access to the beach which is also clean. We upgraded to a suite with Jacuzzi which made our stay even better. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we will most definitely be back. Thank you for a great holiday
