Çok kısa bir süre içerisinde, hiçbir sorun yaşanmadan ürünlerin nakliye ve montajı yapıldı, teslimattan sonra da bir sorun olup olmadığına dair geri bildirim alındı. Nakliye ekibi tam söylediği saatte eşyaları getirdi, temiz ve düzenli bir şekilde montajını yaptı. İyi bir alışveriş deneyimiydi, her şey için teşekkürler. I shopped just before Christmas. I would like to thank Store Manager Emre Bey and Architect Reyhan Hanım for their interest in the sales, payment and delivery process. In a very short time, the products were transported and assembled without any problems, and feedback was received on whether there was a problem after delivery. The transport team brought the items at exactly the time they said, and assembled them cleanly and neatly. It was a good shopping experience, thanks for everything.

Gerek satış sırasında gerekse satış sonrasında gerçekten size değerli olduğunuzu hissettiriyorlar ve ürünlerinin arkasında duruyorlar. Özellikle Mağaza Müdürü Emre Bey’e güleryüzü ve samimiyetinden dolayı çok teşekkür ediyorum. Kendisi süreci çok iyi yönetiyor ve mobilya sektöründe şimdiye kadar karşılaştığım en iyi personel diyebilirim. I have not written any comments about any store before, but I could not remain indifferent to the interest and relevance I saw in the Ev312 branch of Özbay Furniture. Aldığım mobilyanın çekmecesi kurulum yapıldığı günden bu yana sürekli açık. Evet mobilyalar kullanışlı ama satış esnasındaki 2 yıl garanti ve satış sonrası hizmetler kısmının gördüğümüz kadarıyla içi tamamen boş. A drawer rail of the furniture I bought on 29.11.2020 has not been sent to me as of today (11.04.2021). The drawer of the furniture I bought has been open continuously since the day it was installed. Yes, the furniture is useful, but as far as we can see, the 2-year warranty at the time of sale and after-sales service is completely empty.
