★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nöbetçi eczane olduğu bir gün gitmiştim, kalabalık olmasına rağmen gayet kibar bir şekilde ilgilendiler. Yoğunluktan dolayı ilacımı 10 tablet yerine yanlışlıkla 5 tablet vermişler. Bunu daha sonra fark ettiğimizde aradık ve kendi hataları olduğunu ifade ederek herhangi bir fark almadan yeni ilacı eve teslim ettiler. Açıkçası müşteri memnuniyetine bu kadar önem veren bir firma oldukları için tebrik ediyorum. Insallah tüm firmalarımıza örnek olur.
I was gone one day when there was a pharmacy on duty, although they were crowded, they were very kindly interested. Because of the density, they accidentally gave my medicine 5 tablets instead of 10 tablets. When we realized this later, we called and stated that they had their own mistakes and delivered the new drug to the house without any difference. Frankly, I congratulate them for being a company that attaches great importance to customer satisfaction. I hope it sets an example for all our companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 14.09.2020 tarihinde reçeteli olarak satın almış olduğum 07.2020 skt tarihli (tarihi 3 aydan fazla gecmis) multimix pediatrik şurubu sattılar ve ben bu ilacı çocuğuma 3 gün hiç farketmeden içirdim!! Her zaman güvenip alışveriş yaptığımız bu eczane insan sagligini hafife alıp skt geçmiş ürün satmış!! Vebaline girdikleri de benim 20 aylık bebeğim... Açıklamaları ise sistemsel bir hata olup gözden kaçtığı yönünde oldu. insan hayatı bu kadar basit olmamalı gerekli bütün yerlere şikayetimi yaptım bu işin peşini bırakmayacağım.. umarım çocuğuma birsey olmaz..
They sold multimix pediatric syrup dated 07.2020 skt (the date is more than 3 months), which I bought on 14.09.2020 as a prescription and I would drink this medicine for 3 days without any notice !! This pharmacy, which we always trust and shop, underestimates human health and sells poorly past products !! It is my 20-month-old baby that they had the plague ... Their statement was that it was a systematic error and was overlooked. human life should not be that simple I made my complaints to all the necessary places, I will not leave this job .. I hope nothing will happen to my child ..
