★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place. The cave rooms comfortable, specific and clean. The upper terrrace offers a beautiful panoramic view around Goreme. Breakfast reach and tasteful. Turkish coffee very good. The team was nice and helpful. They took over all our booking for the daily trips, balloon flights, even for Corona test. We will come back and recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just amazing, very nice room, or should I say cave! Woke up in the morning to the sound of hot air balloons and I got to see one of the best sites on the hotel's roof top. The staff were super friendly and kept my daughter entertained with the cats ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had mistakenly booked a room for two nights for my husband and I - tried to cancel the reservation and explain this to them within a 24hr window, they refused to provide a refund. I would encourage everyone to weight the negative reviews for this hotel heavily, I feel as though I was scammed and robbed. Absolutely ludicrous. Will definitely never be staying here and will inform family and friends to avoid this place at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is exceptional. Really sweet and helpful staff. The room we had was spacious and really cute (fits the old cave styled theme). We didn’t book excursions through them but we had a hot air balloon scheduled right before our flight so needed a cab as soon as we returned and they had one there ready for us as soon as we got back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most amazing place!!!! I highly recommend staying here. The hotel is absolutely beautiful - their rooftop terrace is gorgeous and has amazing views. Their team is SO incredibly kind and thoughtful - especially Mohammed, he is one of the nicest people we have ever met. He did so much to make our time in Cappadocia a dream come true. We travel a lot and this is one of our favorite experiences at a hotel. No need to look anywhere else, you will be so happy if you stay here!!!!
