OTEL MARINA'DA BITEZ

First of all, when you call, there is a company called IDEAL TUR, not a reception, but an intermediary agency. When I asked the friend on the phone if they have wifi and air conditioning, he said there is. Anyway, I paid 381 TL (discounted). They gave room 302. I left my luggage and went out and there was a small honeycomb stove in the room. I find the air conditioner is not working. Wifi does not accept password. There are no wires in the room, so again I call the brokerage firm from the pocket, I want it to connect the reception, but nobody opens it. I left the hotel, I could not even find anyone to whom I would hand over the key to the door. Think about the rest. Neither the ideal tour nor the hotel was interested. It was not done in my return. Because there is no one I can reach. I definitely do not recommend it on 09.04.2021

Business owners are doing everything to make you comfortable as you are at home. It is a hotel that must be preferred with an excellent service understanding.

We chose this hotel for 3 friends' holidays. It is a really affordable place in terms of price, but since there is a general problem with electricity and water in Bodrum, we stayed in the dark after 12 at night and slept without air conditioning. No kettle, no minibar in the rooms. Pool and breakfast were okay. It was a good location as well. All in all, it wasn't bad in terms of price performance.

I canceled a reservation 1 week ago. no one froze I've searched many times. I was kept at least 10 dl on the wire and could not talk to anyone I could not understand what kind of management understanding and disorder.
