Great fanily business... the people work here are ready to help you with any needs.. accommodation / food / taxi ... anything... I would Give 5 star but I think in order to own my 5* review the place needs a investment and a lot more organization in bits and pieces that can catch your eye.. around restaurant mainly and the front of it.. even though they are doing some works i am not sure how far they will go.. but with more investment and attention to detail its place with its location can be a stunning relaxing place.. for couple of days.. 10 min from airport its even greater and only 10 min to city centre ? Hope to see improvement in future so I can give my 5* review rightaway ???

Authentic, as the name suggests. Surreal experience with farm animals roaming around, locally sourced amazing food, and incredibly friendly staff. No pools, but the manager plans to build one for the next year (2018).

location is not great. it’s a bit too far from everything to be worth the drive. the ‘bungalows’ are very small for a family of 4. Whole resort needs more care. Best part is the large Turkish’s breakfast. I truly wish I had stayed in Dalyan town.

A unique place with a big garden with pond, and chattering geese.. The breakfast (serpme kahvalti ) is outstanding a variety of exquisite delicacies. Most homemade.egg dishes from free range chickens. Sunday morning mostly busy ,but the staff is always smiling. Weekend live music, a matchless singer, national and international music. You should try it. Its worth it. The small hotel with 10 rooms is charming. A old stone house, it gives you the feeling of traveling through time. They build a pool now for their guests.whether for a one night stay or a starting point for daily tours, the family-friendly atmosphere is heartwarming.

DANGEROUS! stay away!! There are many safety violations here and customers are in danger at this hotel!!! My son stepped on a steel plate left askew next to the pool & almost fell in a 2M pit, slicing open his arm as he fell. He was rushed to the hospital & after surgery & 18 stitches, and a nearly 4000 Euro hospital bill, the owner is unwilling to cover any of our expenses - even over charged for our hotel bill. They claim they have no insurance & told us if we want any money back, we should sue them.
