It is definitely not a place I recommend. I ordered online, they lied that even though I called, we did not have your order. They came in the evening in an orchid flower cart, sheer deceit and fraud. I complained wherever necessary. I do not recommend anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Öğretmenler günü için çiçek sepetinden 200TL lik Antoryum sipariş ettiğim halde berbat bir 30 TL lik ponsetya götürüp teslim etmişler. Hediye diye kimse bilmez deyip hem Öğretmenime de rezil oldum hemde kazıklandım. Defalarca çiçek sepetini aradım gelip özrü kabahatinden büyük şekilde değiştireceğiz dediler ama nafile ne gelen ne de değiştiren oldu. Fatura bilgilerinde Orkide Çiçekçilik (R**Ç ve M**Ç**) den gönderildiği yazinca öğreniyor insan hangi çiçekçiden geldiğini. Asla ciddiyet, saygi ve özen yok. Bilginiz olsun.
I definitely do not recommend. Even though I ordered 200TL Anthurium from the flower basket for Teachers' Day, they took and delivered a lousy 30TL ponsetia. I said that no one knows because it is a gift, and I both disgraced my teacher and got ripped off. I called the flower basket many times, they came and said that they will change the apology in a big way because of his fault, but in vain neither came nor changed it. When it is written in the invoice information that it is sent from Orkide Çiçekçiler (R**Ç and M**Ç**), one learns from which florist it came. Never seriousness, respect and care. Мы заказали 4 букета, которые нас разочаровали. У них было столько цветов, но они о них не говорят, когда заказываешь через ватсапп или инстаграм. Просто предлагают готовые букеты. Что нам не понравилось и мы дали знать.
В итоге, хозяин предложил нам букет в подарок. На этот раз мы приехали в магазин, пообщались с хозяином и забрали букет. Мужчина очень приятный, знающий свое дело. ?
В следующий раз мы обязательно закажем у него и уже в магазине.

We ordered 4 bouquets which disappointed us. They had so many flowers, but they don't talk about them when you order through WhatsApp or Instagram. They just offer ready-made bouquets. What we didn’t like and we let know.
As a result, the owner offered us a bouquet as a gift. This time we arrived at the store, talked to the owner and took the bouquet. The man is very pleasant, who knows his business. ?
Next time we will definitely order from him and already in the store.
