★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Не дорогой (разовый визит - 50 лир). Клиенты в основном местные. Вентиляция нормальная, базового оборудования достаточно (есть даже ролик для МФР и палки для растяжки). Душ в наличии. В целом для поддержания тонуса зал подход замечательно.
Для занятия ПЛ на долгосрочной основе уже не очень (маловато дисков - хватает только на одного человека), стойки для приседа не удобные (маленькое расстояние на крюках - при снятии веса задеваешь верхний крюк), лавка для жима в билдерском стиле (анатомическая - не замостишься), гантели маленькие (не больше 45 кг.), в тренажерах мала веса (утяжеления).
Not expensive (single visit - 50 lire). Clients are mostly local. The ventilation is normal, the basic equipment is enough (there is even a roller for the MFR and sticks for stretching). Shower available. In general, to maintain the tone of the hall approach is wonderful.
It’s not very good to practice PL on a long-term basis (not enough disks - only enough for one person), squat racks are not convenient (small distance on the hooks - when you remove weight, you touch the top hook), a bench for a bench press in a builder style (anatomical - you won’t be able to bridge ), dumbbells are small (no more than 45 kg.), in simulators there is little weight (weighting).
