I don't recommend it, they said, we'll do a fault finding, they said, if you don't have it done, we'll get 400 TL. They said, we'll throw a program, and they took a total of 1000 liras.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yaklaşık iki üç hafta önce aracımızı yağ bakımı için servise goturdugumuzde daha önce direksiyonda meydana gelen ufak deformasyon için geri bildirimde bulunmuştuk bunun icin kayıt actilar. Kayıttan kısa bir süre sonra konunun firma tarafından testten geçtiğini ve gerekli işlemi yapmaları için bizi servise davet ettiler. Servise gittiğimizde parçanın geldiğini ve değişeceğini söylediler. Kutuyu yanımızda açtılar ve direksiyon simidinin değişeceğini söylediler. İşlem yaklaşık 10 15 dakika sürüp vaktimiz varsa aracı yikayacaklarini bu süre icinde bizi misafir olarak bekleteceklerini söylediler. Bu süreç içerisinde herhangi bir sıkıntı yaşamadık ve özellikle teknik ekipteki mahsun bey bizimle çok ilgilendi. Mahsun bey başta olmak üzere Diyarbakır odabaşı Opel ve Opel Türkiye ailesine tekrardan teşekkür ediyorum.
About two or three weeks ago, when we took our vehicle to the service for oil maintenance, we gave feedback about the small deformation that occurred on the steering wheel before, and they registered for it. Shortly after the registration, the company passed the test and they invited us to the service to take the necessary action. When we went to the service, they said that the part has arrived and will be changed. They opened the box with us and said that the steering wheel will be changed. They said that the process takes about 10-15 minutes and if we have time, they will wash the vehicle and make us wait as guests during this time. During this process, we did not have any problems and especially Mahsun Bey in the technical team took great care of us. I would like to thank Opel and Opel Turkey family once again, especially Mr. Mahsun.
