Daha önce başka firmalarda yaptığım veya yapmak zorunda olduğum bu konuda, sizin de yardımcı olmanızı beklerdim.
I had rented a car about 1.5 years ago. When it expired, I was unable to surrender and said that they could not receive it. I had to extend it for another day. I would have expected you to help with this issue that I have done or have to do in other companies before.

I rent a car from Enterprise on every trip, but it was below my expectations for the first time. The given vehicle was in very bad condition. There was damage to many parts of the track, even the cars rented from non-corporate places would be better. It does not suit the enterprise quality. It also gives an empty tank vehicle, which is another point I dislike. A full warehouse vehicle should be given and a full warehouse should be bought. In other cases, the fuel status cannot be adjusted.
The only thing I was satisfied with was the smiling staff.
