OD Urla

Hats off for the fantastic food. The way to OD from Urla is a bit annoying though. We tried calf cheek, calf tail, octopus and several vegetables. Meat was good however, I will go only for vegetables if I visit there a second time.

What a phenomenal farm to table experience! The details and caring in each sublime dish, the chef coming to your table to tell you about their creation, the superb wait staff, the ambience of the olive tree orchard, herb and vegetable gardens. I especially want to acknowledge Ali Soy who seems to be a hub of information for every table and waitstaff in our area. He was lovely, helpful and friendly. My husband is vegetarian and has to be gluten free and Ali Soy offered to have a special vegetable dish prepared just for him that was beautiful, fresh and tasty. This place should get more than 5 stars- how do they coordinate so many moving pieces to create the exquisitely prepared works of art down to the smallest, but no less tasty garnish or ravioli fold. Really a night to savor!!

I went to Od Urla on the recommendation of a friend. From start to finish it was an extraordinary experience. The setting is lovely, the service was gracious, and the food was absolutely phenomenal—so beautifully presented and completely delicious. One of my favourite dining experiences in a long time. I must make special mention of Kerem, of the chefs, who was incredibly gracious and welcoming. Od Urla is an essential stop for anyone visiting this part of Turkey.

Hands down the best fine dining experience I’ve had in Turkey. Phenomenal food with fantastic service. The cocktails are amazing too. A must see place if you’re in Izmir area!

A must have restaurant experience in the region. Lovely environment, very delicious food that worth the $$$ and which is accompanied with great selection of vines. The staff is friendly and kind, they make the experience a memorable one. The owners are in the restaurant business for almost half a century, and this can easily be felt when you step in...

I went there in August 31st of 2021. This was great experience overall. My friend made a reservation three weeks before and we were all excited to go. It was really delicate and fancy experience overall. I like that their menu changes pretty frequently. Everything we had was amazing, i can't name anything that was not fresh or tasty. Ki

Gorgeous place for dinning. When we get there, a lady came up to take us to our table. They let to choose our table location. What we see is the menu is small because of using seasonal vegetable, that means fresh and clean food. Awesome!! The land is pretty big and they garden their own vegetables and fruits. After ordering the food, we didn’t wait that much for warm appetizers. All meals were pretty much tasty. It was a feeling like a taste explosion in mouth. If I have to tell about wines, OD Urla has a rich menu. Yes, it looks a little bit expensive, but they deserve it.

Fine dining in Urla. We enjoyed every single course we had. The grilled octopus was just amazing. Nice surprise we’re also little chocolate truffles we got after our mains, they they fantastic. Don’t miss on trying some of the local wines, they are pretty good too. Staff was very attentive. As a treat I would come again at my next opportunity.
