It was our second visit to the venue and actually everything was fine. We ordered two appetizers, a salad and our drinks. We ordered a haddock pan from the beginning to share. In a standard business, the customer's desk is followed. When the time comes, the main course is served. Since it's been an hour since the first order, "I wonder if they forgot?" We reminded him and it was indeed forgotten. 5 minutes later, when the raw and cold haddock pan came, we sent it back. In a standard business, such disruptions may occur, and they are compensated either with catering or with a discount in the account. Worst case apology. But they didn't bother to apologize and make up for the mishap, probably because they didn't care about the people they wouldn't see in three days. In such cases, it becomes clear whether a business is good or not. Unfortunately I do not recommend.
