★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff at cafe are unfriendly and unhelpful. The coffee was terrible. Despite being the only customers there, and there being three staff standing around doing nothing, they came to tell me the coffee was ready and that it was ‘self service’ so I had to go collect it myself (as they watched and did nothing). I can understand if they were busy and there were many customers, but we are literally the only ones here.
