★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did the ancient cappadoccia tour. It was incredible. You see the best of cappadoccia on this tour. Ali was an incredible tour guide. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. If we had more time we'd do more tours by him.

Impeccable service
Very attentive they organized everything (transport, hotels, flights, tours...) and we didn't have to worry.
The hotels they selected were good and on great locations
Their prices are very reasonable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we first arrived, we really felt at home and it was a comfortable inviroment for us to express ourselves. We appreciate their hospitality. Their Breakfast each morning is amazing. We get to experience their culture by having a turkish breakfast every morning. We definitly recommend Valley Park Hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jodie speaks english fluently, and was very helpful in organizing our day tour and balloon trip. Their heritage tour was excellent. I esp commend Ali, our guide, who was v knowledgeable about history and religion of the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ did the 3 days private trip - quiet frankly could have been done in 2 days rather than 3 so suggest you do the 2 days - english speaking guide (Ali) was Ok but anything than a real guide - I felt I could have enjoyed much more if `i had a real professional guide rather than some who speaks good english but is not really a guide - all in all rather disappointing experience for the price I paid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not book the whirling dervishes ceremony through Turkish Heritage Travel. I was led to believe that noone else was attending it and that it was a private tour. The ceremony was not private at all, other people attended and they overcharged me for private transport. My hotel was only 15 minutes away from the address and they charged me $70 AUD for ticket and transportation. I was also advised by a tour guide that real whirling dervishes only charge 5 lira for the ticket. I asked for a refund for the overcharged transportation but the company refused to refund me. I was exploited by them. Just warning others so they do not also get cheated by Turkish Heritage Travel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this agency!!! We reserved a shuttle between the airport and the hotel via this agency.
The shuttle brought us in the wrong hotel at 2AM.When we realised this and we tried to call the emergency contact nobody answered.
At 4 AM there were no more option(as also 7 different taxi companies didn't answer) we had to pay a night in the wrong hotel to be able to sleep a little bit.
We ask for the refound of the hotel fees but the agency has refused because they said they refund us the fees for the shuttle next day and they mentioned it was not their choice to sleep in another hotel.
Should we sleep on the street dear Turkish Heritage Travel?!
