Noxinn Deluxe Hotel

We entered this hotel on 10.08.2020 as a family. Firstly, there was no orientation on the day we checked in to the hotel. The minibar in the room was not cooling the contents and even heating the room. Air conditioners were newly installed and had to work on the turbo for at least 3 hours to blow cold air, we thought it was broken because it was not cooling. Secondly, it has been coming for 3 days, but every lunch and dinner are served in the same style or directly, I do not know whether we came to a 5-star hotel or a pension. Whatever was left in the previous meal is put on, it doesn't seem to matter whether it is stale or not. The desserts that did not end in the evening 1-2 days ago are still put in the buffets on the 3rd day, and when I ask whether traditional meals will not be served, I get an answer that is not yet. Opening the hotel on the day we check in does not mean that there will be such deficiencies, since you cannot plan properly, you have shortcomings, open later or do not open, people do not come to a 5-star hotel to encounter such a situation. Moreover, on some floors in the building - these are the floors where the rooms are located - phones do not receive, free wifi is only available in the lobby, and on that, if you want to sit outdoors, you have to sit close to the entrance doors so that wifi will get. Wifi is paid in the rooms or by the pool. Oh, and there is the pool issue where people can enter the pool in clothes and it doesn't seem to be a problem !!?! People could swim in the pool with slides. Fortunately, we told someone in charge that this changed later, but even warning for this is bad. Another negative situation is that there is still construction / renovation in the hotel, people go out to listen to their heads on vacation, not to hear the sound of renovation. The sauna was opened today (13.08.2020) because its renovation is not finished (!), If we were leaving today we would have gone before we could use this opportunity, it is not a nice situation. Finally, those who work for everything try to catch up in a way, but this is not related to the employees, but to the fact that the people in the management cannot manage the situation. We came by looking at the comments and it was written that the food was very good, but this is not true, we think to move to another hotel if we can change it. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. -edit- In addition, The website says there is a seafront, beach for the hotel, but the beach is a bit far because the beach of the sea in front of the hotel (!) concrete yes you did not read it wrong, CONCRETE and no measures were taken for injuring people. Perhaps the most important minus I forgot is that there is no application in the restaurant regarding social distance rules and wearing masks. The food is served by the staff but the people are at the bottom and the tables are too close to each other. Also, the snack bar by the pool does not open, but it does open on the beach.

Just spent one week at this hotel. Its a lovely hotel, nice big rooms with big comfortable beds, great shower and a nice balcony. There are some great things about this hotel and with a few tweaks it could be the 5star its rated as. The pools are very nice and well kept though I feel if this hotel had full capacity there would be a limited amount of sun loungers. As its very quiet at the moment however, there were plenty to choose from. The food is plentiful, beautifully cooked and presentation is good but unfortunately our experience was that it was always bordering on cold which, is a real shame as so much effort goes into the taste. The services offered (we didn't partake) are in line with English prices... Though lower than you'd expect to pay at a 5star here in the UK. I felt they were pricey for Turkey as a whole. The staff were friendly and attentive, I could not fault them. Thep entertainment is a bit of a let down. I only say this because the location of the hotel is in a very isolated area and I feel more activities are required. The shows (one hour every evening) were very entertaining, we saw african acrobatics, a magic show and belly dancers all of whom were very good. The guy who leads the shows is a real character, managing to interact with the crowd in about 5 different languages at least. He really knows how to get a crowd going! There is a daily yoga class with not many participants. I feel a bit of pool action and zumba would get more attention. Here's the big ball ache, the holiday reps are total rip off merchants but then I think this happens everywhere. If you're willing to walk 10 mins to the bus stop you can travel to lots of places in around an hour for about 50p - £2.

Not even sure where to begin, extremely overpriced for an hotel where the employees don’t speak any English whatsoever, asking them simple and straightforward questions they are not capable of replying. Internet connection could NOT be worse, one second there is connection, another second you’ll have to reconnect again. The UAI meaning that waiting for the food takes AGES, employees are too slow to handle the amount of people. To be honest save your nerves and don’t take this hotel. Get some hotel closer to Alanya. For real.

This hotel THINKS it 5 ⭐️ but it isn’t … The food was good ! Room service is good! Airco is really good !! But… the hotel is FULL with ukraine and russia people … No body speaks English…. Wifi is bad at the pools and resort Wifi is only good in the room No second time for me :)

This place was amazing really good people really friendly as well the ocean is really good the food was kinda cheap but you had a lot of Choices to choose from the waiters at the food or bar where really friendly they would talk to you like you guys are friends But the animators where the best they where super funny super helpful they helped us a lot they played games with us they chatted normally it was a really good experience i was not happy with reception it was really bad Turkish ppl really cant understand no English at all that was the down side of this but it was a good time there where partys where you could go and there where night shows which where really fun it was a good experience would recommend this hotel just so you know reception is really really not friendly and angry

Advantages: the Hotel is very good and new one. I had standard room, it was very well equipped and clean. The room price was good. Disadvantage: it was crowded on 10th and 11th of April 2021 and majority of people did not wear masks and the Hotel employes did not care. Personal checked my temperature just one time before the check in. There were long queues in the restaraunt and at elevators. Taking into account all the above, i would not reccomend anyone to go there during pandemia. But when its over, its very good place to stay.

The hotel is nice about accommodation but there is bad entertainment program, soo boring during the day, orange juice is bad, beer is also bad, sea is not clean at all, pools are so cold. I'm so worried about the safety in the hotel because there was a fight and they basically didn't do anything to guys who made a fight. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here because of the safety issues.
