★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They built our new home called the Cozy. We purchased and have been living here 5 months now. It was a newly built home when we moved in, in May. Our vent in the bathroom doesn’t seem to be venting, it is only blowing the second hand cigarette smoke of other apartments into our apartment. There is also no privacy between us and our neighbor; there is no division between our vent and theirs. Everything done in the bathroom can be heard in the other apartment. ??☹️
3/5 stars for construction efforts, and one less star for the bad smells and lack of privacy.
