Best hotel on Lara beach. Every aspect is good : service, food ( not the biggest choice of dishes that you can get on Turkey's buffets, but very hi quality and delicious taste ), room, gym, interior, exterior, beach. Starbucks coffee too ! Hotel with style. BTW : water slides are phenomenal and there are so many elevators in hotel, you never wait longer then 1 minute. Beach bar - big shade, cold drinks and fruits, never crowded, cool music... What else do you need !?

We came to see the facilities before booking a room, but the stuff was so rude that we decided not to stay.

Hotel has good potential. However, there is still a lot of room for improvement. Positive: Very good breakfast, lunch and dinner, many sunbeds at the beach, Starbucks in the hotel, good room size (could be cleaner tho). Negative: The staff speaks mostly only Turkish or Russian, as the majority of the guests are Russian speakers. At least basic English would be beneficial. There is still a lack of hospitality and organization of the staff. You have to wait a long time for drinks at the restaurant and at the bar and sometimes you get ignored unfortunately. This is due to the fact that the staff is often stressed. I hope you can improve these points.

I visited the hotel for 4 days for a business trip organised by the company I work. The impressions are more than positives. The services offered by the hotel staff are of a very high standard. The cocktail bar is unique. The restaurant serves high quality breakfast and lunch. If something can be noted as a disadvantage is that 1. The facilities need a partial renovation and 2. the majority of the staff does not speak English. However, the use of google translator can solve many issues.

Beautiful and large hotel. Very pet friendly, pets are allowed everywhere and there’s even a pet hotel to keep your pets taken care of while you tour Antalya.

Cool place but not a 5 star service. Their facilities lack structure, booklet in the room provides incorrect/incomplete working hours. Another issue is that cleaners lack motivation even after tipping them properly. During our short stay they forgot to clean the balcony twice, took away full ashtray but didn't replace with new one so we had to use a water bottle. Room towels didn't look that fresh sometimes (chocolate or blood stains on them). Also their "frightening" system to protect from tourists stealing tiny shampoos and beach towels are irritating, spending time in a line to register/unregister every beach towel I borrow in a 5 star resort really?

We stayed here in august 2021 and had a very poor experience there ( and we went there right after a great stay at a voyage hotel). I would really advise you to read the reviews carefully before selecting this hotel. The rooms are in a sorry condition and not as shown in the pictures and video reviews done by travel agents. The 'renovations' of the room are shabby , the balcony wooden railing nearly gave us splinters. Moreover the room was dirty- tables , phone , bathroom dusty and only after 4 hours of waiting and repeated calls did the cleaning crew come to do an okay job. In the poorly renovated bathroom we had to sidestep the toilet to even enter the shower. The hotel was understaffed leading to poor and unfriendly service in the main buffet and other restaurants. The Turkish ice-cream seller was fun though. The lobby is beautiful like in the photos. The beach is overcrowded and pool felt like a bus terminal. But the sea water was lovely ! The 2 people assigned to take care of us did what they could but the disappointment was great. When my husband complained about a drink, the waiter actually sipped it and argued that it was good... and this during corona times!! Never ever!
