Soru 1. Diğer pantolonda aynı şekilde yıkandı neden rengi solmadı?
soru 2. Yine aynı marka yıllar önce aldığım pantolon da aynı şekilde renk değiştirmeden kullanmaktayım tesadüf bunun da rengi solmadı gri renk soldu. Bu nasıl kullanım hatasıdır? Tüketici Hakem Heyetine başvuracağım ve tekrar alışveriş yapmayacağım.
I bought 2 pants 6 months ago from Centone store, where I always shop. The gray trousers made a fade on the knee. The company concluded as user demolition error.
Question 1. Why did the color of the other pants washed the same way?
Question 2. Again, I use the same brand pants that I bought years ago without changing color. How is this usage error? I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and will not be shopping again.
