Metro Marketlerin şehir bazında getirdigi Toptan fiyatına perakende uygulamasını sokaklara yaydı. Böylece Tüm Türkiye'de toptan fiyatına perakende diye bir uygulama başladı. Halk ucuzluğu gördü, kabul etti ve tescillendi. Ardından Koç gurubu Bim Marketleri kopya eden Şok Marketleri açtı ve Şok Marketleri daha sonraları Ülker Topluluğuna devretti. Şok Marketlerden sonra bir başka firma A101 marketlerini açtı. Hepsi de çalışıyor. Kendilerine firma markası oluşturup üreticilere toptan ucuza mal ürettirip satıyorlar. Başarılı da oldular.
