Msj geliyor; ............ takip nolu kargonuz gün içerisinde adresinize teslim edilmek üzere dağıtıma çıkarılmıştır. Gün sonuna kadar bekliyorsunuz kargo gelmiyor! Şubeyi arayıp durumu anlatıyorsunuz -Saat 19 a kadar beklemeniz gerek deniliyor. 19 da tekrar arıyorsunuz telesekretere bağlayıp cvp veren olmuyor! En son kameram gelmişti 19:30 a kadar bekledim kargom gelmedi,ardından şubeye kendim gittim ve benden 10 dk sonra dağıtım aracı geldi ve araç full doluydu hiç dağıtım yapılmamış gibiydi.. kameramı araç içinden çıkararak alabildim! Ki evim söz konusu şubenin 600-700 metre kadar yakınında bir yer! Bugünde aynı sıkıntı,msj geldi halen gelen yok! Müşteri hizmetlerini arayıp şikayet etmek istedim bu kez ordaki çalışan kayıt almamak için saçma sapan sözlerle şikayet talebimi gerçekleştirmedi. Bu kayıtlar ve görüntülerle elimde ıspatlı ve bunu yakında internettende paylaşacağım...!
