Pandemi kuralları çerçevesinde biletler 2+1 gözüküyor çiftli koltuklarda tek koltuk alınıyor, 4 numaralı koltuğu aldım. Oysaki otobüse binince 2+2 önüm arkam dolu. Şoför el attı 4 numaradan 12 numaralı koltuğa gittik. Online sistem neden pandemi kuralları çerçevesinde koltuk alınamazken otobüse binince yanındaki koltuğunda başkasının aldığını öğreniyorsun. Bu tür hatalar neden en başta düzeltilmiyor

The driver took over and we went from number 4 to seat number 12. You learn why the online system cannot take a seat within the framework of the pandemic rules, but when you get on the bus, someone else buys it on your next seat. Why these types of errors aren't fixed in the first place
