★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabahtan beri evdeyiz dağıtıma çıkarıldı msjı atıp aradan 3 4 saat geçmesine rağmen eve gelmeyip üstüne bir de teslim edilememiştir diye msj atıyorsunuz utanmadan nereye gittin de teslim edemedin acaba kargoyu. Kulağınız inşallah çınlıyordur halinizi hatrınızı sorduk çünkü. Yaptığınız işi düzgün yapın yapmayacaksınız da bırakın bu işi.

Hepimiz evdeyiz . gelen, giden veya telefonla arayan olmadı. MNG ile ilgili olarak yakın zamanda 3. kez benzer durum yaşıyoruz; işin kolayını bulmuşsunuz., kapasite biraz fazla gelince kargoları geri göndererek çözüyorsunuz problemi bravo doğrusu .. Yapamıyacağınız işi sürdürmenin anlamı yok , kapatın şubeyi beceri düzeyi yüksek olanlara kalsın bu işler Çok çok yazık
Regarding my cargo with tracking number 990939870853 for 2 days, a message was sent because you were not at home 15 minutes ago, although I saw the statement that it arrived at the destination and was delivered for distribution. We are all at home. No incoming, outgoing or phone calls were made. We are experiencing a similar situation for the 3rd time recently regarding MNG; you found the easy way., when the capacity is a little too much, you solve the problem by sending the cargo back, bravo. There is no point in continuing the work that you cannot do, close the branch, let those with high skill level do these jobs. It's a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had one of horrible experience with there courier service, I sent cargo of about 30kg from Istanbul to mugla and to my surprise the box was totally damaged, my cargo was all damaged and when I contacted them they simply said it's not our fault.
