A passage under the modern name of the business center. Six-storey upper floors belong to the municipal youth center, public education center courses. Bottoms are mostly small shops of apparel, electronics and hairdressing stationery. It is a place preferred by military and student target groups.

Not recommended place for clothes. We go for the hairdresser, tailor, ps cafe inside.
